支援を受けた学生からのメッセージを紹介します

冠事業「コンピューターシステム株式会社ーコロナに負けるな！学生応援奨学金事業ー」

Last year, I just arrived in Japan with just a little amount of money. It was a difficult situation for me as a privately funded student to go to japan without any of scholarship. Furthermore, there was still a strict Covid restriction which need us conducting a quarantine directly after arriving. It needed a lot of money as we had to stay at the pointed hotel for a week. Actually, before I went to Japan, I was so worrying about my life as a privately funded student.

Luckily, I got a Computer system cooperation scholarship which provided by Ehime University. Not all of the University may provide it. I also heard it from a friend of mine who studied in Japan outside Ehime University. I was so thankful to Ehime University as the money could help me to cover my expenses during my stay at the hotel. There are no word can describe how lucky I was at that time. I really appreciate it. Hopefully, Ehime University will always give an opportunity to the international student especially private funded student who find difficulties in emergency situation like that.

I really thank you very much for giving me the money so that I could use it for my quarantine. Maybe, my life would be much harder if I didn’t get the scholarship. I will always remember it. I will do my best to perform my research and being a notable researcher to bridge between Indonesia and Japan in the future.

愛媛大学基金様、コンピュータシステム株式会社様：

昨年、私はわずかな資金で来日しました。私費留学生の私にとって、奨学金もなく来日することは困難なことでした。さらに、新型コロナウイルスにかかる水際対策の規制が厳しく、入国後すぐに約１週間指定のホテルで待機する必要があり、かなりのお金が必要となりました。しかし、幸いなことに、コンピュータシステム株式会社様のコロナに負けるな！学生応援奨学金が支給されました。日本の他大学へ留学した友人からも聞きましたが、このような奨学金はすべての大学が支給しているわけではありません。この奨学金でホテル滞在中の経費を賄うことができたことを本当に感謝しています。私の幸運は、言葉では言い表せないほどです。本当にありがとうございました。願わくば、今後も私と同じ緊急事態に遭遇した留学生、特に私費留学生に、このような機会を与えてくださることを願っています。

もし、この奨学金をいただいていなければ、私の人生はもっと大変なものになっていたかもしれません。このご恩を忘れることはないでしょう。将来、インドネシアと日本の架け橋となる有名な研究者になれるよう、精一杯研究をしていきたいと思います。
